Admission Standards Increasing
The Board of Regents approved new requirements, which will start in the fall of 2012, are:
high school grade-point average of 2.0 in CORE classes.
a 20 composite score on the ACT.
no remedial or developmental courses (begins 2014).
take the Regents high school core curriculum.
